At the beginning of the new year, everything was renewed. On the morning of January 4, the first meeting of the Fifth People's Congress of Suzhou was grandly opened in the auditorium of the municipal government affairs center. Zhang Jibing, deputy to the Municipal People's Congress and general manager of our company, attended the meeting.
Suzhou is a traditional agricultural city in Anhui, and Yongqiao district is the core demonstration area of national modern agriculture. It is an important production base of commercial grain, cotton and oil in China. At present, the total amount of straw in Suzhou is about 8.2 million tons / year, but 90% of it is returned to the field mechanically, and the resource utilization is low. As the main straw producing area in China, the contradiction between low high-value utilization rate of straw and ecological deterioration caused by incineration has become increasingly prominent in Suzhou.
Based on the current situation of comprehensive utilization of straw resources in Northern Anhui and Suzhou, Comrade Zhang Jibing put forward a series of suggestions on vigorously improving the resource utilization of straw and building a straw modern environmental protection industry demonstration park, which has been widely concerned and recognized.
